Description
The Main Library offers 6 Quiet Exam Carrels for currently-enrolled UGA students. Carrels contain a work surface, chair, outlets, and a door that closes for testing privacy. These carrels require students to bring their own device.
Carrels do not have headphones or speakers. If your test requires audio, you must bring your own headphones.
While the carrels are located on a quiet floor, they are not soundproof. If you find ambient noise distracting, please bring your own earplugs.
To access the carrels, please notify a Security Staff employee at the Security Desk on the 1st floor of the library as they will need to unlock the carrel for you.
