Training session: 3D Design and Printing
UGA students, faculty, and staff who wish to use the 3D printers in the Science Library Makerspace must first complete online modules and a hands-on session with the equipment. After completion, participants are certified to independently run the 3D printers.
In this hands-on session, you will learn how to print a 3D model. Before the session, all participants must complete online, self-paced modules - modules will be emailed to you after you sign up for your in-person session. Previous experience with 3D modeling and 3D printers is not required.
This training session is free and open to all UGA students, faculty, and staff with a valid UGA ID. Library accounts must be in good standing.
Once you're registered, please look out for an email with a link to the required online learning modules. Modules must be completed before your in-person session. If you do not receive an email, check your junk mail or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We urge you to get vaccinated against COVID-19. Vaccinations are available through the UHC.
