Circuitry Basics workshop

In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn the fundamentals of circuitry, like current, voltage, and resistance and how to use multimeters to test for each. Resistors, and how to read them, Ohm's Law and wiring schematics will also be introduced and we'll build circuits with littleBits.

This workshop is a good introduction to the circuitry technology and tools available in the Science Library Makerspace and our other circuitry-based workshops happening this semester: Arduino Basics and Hand Embroidery, Intro. to E-textiles.

No previous experience required. All supplies provided.

This workshop is free and open to all UGA students, staff, and faculty with a valid UGA ID.
