Becoming a Savvy AI User: What Everyone Should Know Online
Artificial intelligence is becoming part of everyday work, education, and communication—but using AI effectively requires more than knowing how to write a prompt. This interactive workshop introduces the foundations of AI literacy, including how generative AI works, ethical and intellectual property considerations, privacy risks, and strategies for identifying AI-generated content. Participants will explore real-world examples, discuss emerging challenges, and leave with practical guidelines for using AI responsibly, protecting personal information, and critically evaluating AI-generated text, images, and media.
Participants will learn to:
